The site shows the rupee price to visitors in India and the US dollar price to everyone else, based on the country your connection comes from. If that is wrong – for example you are travelling or using a VPN – use the “Paying from India?” or “Paying from outside India?” link under the price. Gumroad adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country at checkout.
Check your spam folder first. For Razorpay orders, request a new link on the order help page using your email and Razorpay payment ID. For Gumroad orders, use the link in your Gumroad receipt. Still stuck? Contact us.

Four charts update automatically from your entries, so you can see how the year is going without building anything.
The Bank & CC Check sheet adds up the debits and credits you entered for the bank account you select, month by month, and for the credit card you select, statement by statement. Type in the totals printed on the statement. A difference of zero means your entries add up to the statement; anything else points you to the month to look at.
Switch the bank or card at the top of the sheet to check each account in turn.

As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment you get a download button on screen and an email with your download link. Each link works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads.
Use the email address you entered at checkout and the Razorpay payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with pay_). If they match a completed order, we email a new link to that address.
Gumroad shows your download straight after payment and emails you a receipt with the link. You can also find the file in your Gumroad library. For a missing Gumroad download, use the help link in your Gumroad receipt or contact us.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees for buyers paying in India and in US dollars for buyers paying from elsewhere. Payments in rupees are processed by Razorpay. Payments in US dollars are processed by Gumroad, which sells the product on our behalf, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivers the file. The price shown on the website is the price charged at checkout, plus any tax shown by Gumroad.
Files are delivered digitally as described in the delivery policy.
The templates require Microsoft Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365. Please check the requirements on the product page before buying. They are not designed for Excel 2019 or earlier, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or LibreOffice.

The website's own code does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If you switch between the rupee and US dollar price, your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the site doesn't ask again; you can clear it with your browser's site data. Razorpay's and Gumroad's checkouts may use their own cookies when you pay with them.
To decide whether to show the rupee or the US dollar price, the site asks our server which country your connection comes from. The country is supplied by our network provider (Cloudflare) from your IP address. It is used only to choose the price and is not stored.
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver and support your purchase and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements [retention period to be confirmed]. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your query.

If a payment fails but money is deducted, Razorpay or your bank normally returns it automatically. No download is issued for a failed payment. Contact us if the money does not come back.
